-   Supports the Center/Property’s Safety Manager in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.

-   Provides for motivation and familiarization of all property’s personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided.

-   Takes part in accident / incident investigation.

-   Assist in conducting safety audits both internal and external.

-   Coordinate HSE Management System with Legal Compliance

-   Review emergency preparedness and response plan

-   Establish and maintain a Document Management System that complies with corporate document control policies.

-   Builds relationships as a basis for influence, mentors, supervisors and workers with a focus on empowerment of others rather than control.

-   Prepare and Facilitate Classroom Training.

-   Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans to operation teams.

-   Provides technical support to the Property’s Management on any safety related subjects.

-   Update and follow up audit and internal inspection finding to STRE HSSE Tracker.

-   Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering) 

-   Certified Fire Safety Manager.

-   Demonstrates broad technical and theoretical OHS knowledge (including management systems, life and fire safety, food safety)

-   4 years of cumulative HSE work experience and 1-2 years of relevant HSE experience in a facility environment.

-   Ability to plan and priorities workloads, and delegate accordingly. 

-   Business level in speaking and writing English. 

-   Use communication and training skills to transfer HSE knowledge and skills to others. 

-   Prepare reports on HSE performance and trends using appropriate writing style, grammar and data displays

-   Able to work collaboratively with other staff and departments. 

-   Proficient in computer word processing and formatting (Microsoft Word or Google Docs). 

-   Able to work flexibly and in an organized manner.
