Job Description

SHE Executive is to support SHE Manager in process operations, site safety implementation, Environmental conservation and documentations.

1. Safety reporting/ action follow up process such as UA/ UC/ NM, SBO, DCA, and SHE Gemba.

2. NM/ Incident/ Accident investigation, action taken, and lesson learnt process.

3. Golden Rules and Safety induction trainings to all newcomers. Management and lead SHE trainings plan and actual.

5. Support to comply SHE PAR, PCC, SHE Pillar & all SHE Functional Standards (Legal and Unilever Standards)

8.  Manage Risk assessment and risk prediction for all process (Non-Routine Tasks RA, JSA, THA)

9.  Implement and comply Safety Golden Rules by all ppl

10. Prepare and manage all Emergency Preparedness and Response

11. Lead all Safe working procedures, Check lists to be documented information.

12. Manage and supervise PTW process to be compliance according to the procedure.

13. Lead all safety Campaigns and other SHE activities at site.

15. lead and perform monthly SHE reporting into system (SPR & EPR) and monthly SHE meeting with SU director.

20. Coordinate with the management team Covid Precaution activities to align local & global guidance.

21. Align with 3rd parties' trainers to provide training to all employees.

22. Cooperate to Security APR

23. Communicate to FGLLID office for incident report if any.

24. Consequence management  

26. Manage PPE quality, quantity, and user points.

29. Data update into the SHE System such as SPR, EPR, SHE Net.

Job Requirements


  • 2 years’ experience Manufacturing and/or Administration


  • Certificate in Occupational and Environmental Safety or if any
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety activities and environmental conservation
  • Analytical Skill
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Leadership Skill
  • Multi-tasking and Prioritization
