EFD Group and its group of companies in the Financial sector is looking for a experienced persons in the financial service sector. Sale supervisor, one of the core members of the operation team, is responsible to escalate credit loans to support the company’s financial operation with past knowledge in alignment with Myanmar financial regulations. The aim of this position is to lead initiatives for customer acquisition for measurement of sale target.  This position is responsible to develop and enhance the sale reporting and monitoring framework which meets the requirements of sale efficiency and target. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer acquisition reports. Performs sale analysis and interprets the information and suggest actions for consideration to the Senior Management.

 

Duties/Responsibilities - Outline the duties and responsibilities of the position

  • Responsible for seeking for individual or grouped customers whom would like to make loan with the company
  • Responsible for collecting customer information for application
  • Responsible for contacting with customers related to their loan activities
  • Responsible for sales of loans to salary earners and other targeted markets
  • Responsible for ensure loan requests are packaged in line with credit policy & procedures of the company
  • Responsible for advising clients on suitable financial services /products for their needs
  • Responsible for serving as a point of contact for customers on all service enquiries across our major channels
  • Responsible for rendering weekly call reports to the Team Lead
  • Responsible to build and maintain productive business relationship with clients
  • Responsible to stay up-to date with Clients needs and Industry trends

  • Must be University graduated
  • Must have Excellent Communication Skills
  • Must be Conceptual and Negotiation Skills
  • Must have minimum a year of experience in related field
  • Must have experience in selling loans to salary earners is an added advantage

  • Must be hard-working, passionate in helping customers
