Supervise the Sale Support assistants to handle the daily operational matter.
Ensure the smooth process of the end-to-end shipment by engaging closely with the client and the sale department.
Supervise in solving the issue of the clients and support the case effectively.
Support each department for related shipment process.
Manage the organizational process with clients all the communication channels such as emails and mobiles.
Handle the shipments by making as the main contact point of the client and the oversea agents and shipping line if necessary.
Report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly to the Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

Any graduate or equivalent education background in related field
Minimum 1 to 2 years in Customer Service & Sale Support Experience in related field
Knowledge of Import & Export Process, including documentation and operation.
Better Skills in Microsoft Application and relevant software data inputting system.
Excellent Verbal and writing communication skill in English (Communication Level)
Preferred candidates from Logistics and Freight Forwarding Field.
