Accountabilities

  • Develops and executes sales plans to deliver revenue targets for sustainable growth
  • Develop sales pipeline, prospecting, qualifying, and closing for new clients
  • Understanding client’s requirements and commitment to deliver the value
  • Capable of conducting professional presentations for clients based on their needs and requirement
  • Establish a strong relationship with clients and understand their strategic growth plan
  • Prepare proposal, contract and sales documentation
  • Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for service delivery

Work in partnership with:

  • Sales and Marketing team
  • Project teams
  • External clients

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in IT or Business
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (ERP & IT solutions sales experience is a plus)
  • Good in listening, and attentional to detais
  • Understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to business
  • Fluency in English and Burmese
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Understanding of the B2B sales process.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills
  • Good in soft skills and presentation
  • Ability to plan and priorities a busy and demanding workload
  • Participate in daily sales meetings/conference calls
  • Proactive and problem-solver
  • Good team worker – developing close working relationships and strong network across the business
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Coordination, collaboration and negotiation
