* Prepare import/ export shipping documents (Contract, Invoice, Packing list, Shipping mark etc)
* Follow up and update production status and vessel schedule to customer
* Receive and respond all requests, claims from customer after sale
* Solving problems at customer place in case technical issues occur upon our provided products.
* Managing sales performance.
* Introducing our products and Increasing our customers in the world.
* Exploring new customer, researching market and customer information.
* Translating English into Burmese.
* Managing tasks and reporting daily.
