Our GGI Nippon Life Co., Ltd is looking for Sales Administrator position- 3 posts (From Junior to Supervisor) . This role is crucial in supporting our sales department by handling administrative tasks efficiently and ensuring seamless coordination between various teams.

  • Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end after sales processing cycle, including order entry, verification, and tracking. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of orders to meet customer expectations.

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including generating sales reports and maintaining sales documentation. Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, product inquiries, and general assistance. Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels.

  • Data Analysis: Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate regular sales performance reports for management review and strategic decision-making.

  • Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. Coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and other related activities as needed.

  • Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of sales transactions, contracts, and other important documents. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding documentation and record-keeping.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 - 3 years proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel using VLOOKUP and pivot tables and MS Word).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
  • Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
  • Attention to details, strongly skilled in data entry and customer service including basic math and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
