Job Description

  • We are currently working remotely.
  • Job interviews will be conducted online only (via Zoom or Viber).
  • Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Preparing accurate quotations, including product checks, pricing, duties calculation, and delivery costs.
  • Preparing import/export shipping documents, such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, and shipping marks.
  • Monitoring and updating customers on production status and vessel schedules.
  • Handling and responding to all customer requests and claims post-sale.
  • Addressing technical issues at customer sites related to our products.
  • Managing sales performance and providing daily reports.
  • Visiting customers to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Communicating with overseas customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Introducing our products and expanding our customer base globally.
  • Identifying new customers and researching market trends and customer information.
  • Overseeing various marketing tasks with the support of part-time staff.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate (Technology, Economics, etc.).
  • Proficient in Business English (TOEIC score of 800 or higher).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent study.
  • Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines. Passionate about tools and equipment for construction and factories.
  • Enthusiastic about international trading.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:30- 16:30), Saturday (7:30 - 11:30).
     
  • Additional Advantageous Skills- Experience in sales communication.
  • Knowledge of computer programming.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in Hindi.
