This position will be responsible for Compensation unit:

  • To calculate the Agents’ compensation Scheme
  • To calculate the Tentative scheme and contests
  • To prepare Income Statement for agents
  • To prepare communication for Agents’ compensation/tentative schemes
  • To check the date accuracy for payments
  • All ad hoc jobs related with payments
  • Implementing projects related to Agency Compensations and Records enhancement to ensure the matching of requirements and system capability
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent skill in Microsoft Excel
  • Good skill in Microsoft Word
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in data and calculation field
  • Experience in assessment and analytical work will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • Good English both in verbal and written
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management or related discipline.
  • Advance level of Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Word
