Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Encodes sales orders for locally produced products in the DMS system per route
  • Responsible for generating and providing the daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the DMS data
  • Assists in the evaluation of Sales Analysis reports on sales and category performance of each WSD route monthly
  • Manages databases of the DMS, which includes SKU performance, sales volume, and value performance, and all related data of the WSD route
  • Process all requests of the WSD team, including petty cash reimbursement, office supplies, and other related requests that will support the operation of the WSD team
  • Responsible for generating and providing the daily, weekly, and monthly reports required
  • Assists in the evaluation of Sales Analysis reports on sales and category performance, bad orders, and Order Fill Rate (OFR)
  • Manages databases of Account Master list Management, SKU Database

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma Holder
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales admin, or related role in the FMCG field
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
