  1. Sale Data များအား Up-to-date စာရင်းသွင်းရန်။
  2. အရောင်းဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်များအား သုံးသပ်၍ Manager ထံတင်ပြရန်။
  3. ကုန်ကြွေးစာရင်းများအားလေ့လာသုံးသပ်၍ ကြွေးဆုံးများ မဖြစ်ပေါ်စေရန် ရောင်းချရန် သင့်၊မသင့်အား သုံးသပ်၍ Manager ထံသို့တင်ပြရန်။
  4. Customer တစ်ဦးချင်းစီ၏ ဝယ်လိုအားကို သုံးသပ်ပြီး Manager ထံတင်ပြရန်။
  5. နေ့စဉ်၊ အပတ်စဉ်၊ လစဉ် အရောင်းစာရင်းများကို သုံးသပ်၍ ချမှတ်ပေးထားသော Target နှင့် Achievement အခြေအနေကို တင်ပြပေးရန်။
  6. Customer Complain နှင့် issue များကို up-to-date မှတ်တမ်း ထားရှိရန်။
  7. အပတ်စဉ်၊ လစဉ် အရောင်းစာရင်း အခြေပြဇယားနှင့် ငွေကြေးရရှိမှု မှတ်တမ်းများကို သက်ဆိုင် ရာ Manager အား အစီရင်ခံ တင်ပြရန်နှင့် လိုအပ်ပါက အရောင်းစီမံ ခန့်ခွဲမှု ဆိုင်ရာ အစီရင်ခံစာ များကို လိုအပ်သလို ပံ့ပိုးတင်ပြဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  8. အခြားလုပ်ငန်းဌာနများနှင့် လိုအပ်သော ဆက်စပ်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို လက်တွေ့ ညှိနှိုင်း ချိတ်ဆက် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

  1. ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှ်ပြီးသူဖြစ်၍ LCCI Level(2) ပြီးမြောက်ထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  2. အသက် ၂၅ နှစ်မှ ၃၅ နှစ်ကြားဖြစ်ရမည်။
  3. Sale Admin ရာထူးဖြင့် လုပ်သက် ၂နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ FMCG field မှဖြစ်ရမည်။
  4. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & E-mail တို့အား အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  5. အရောင်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်သော Software တစ်ခုခုအသုံးပြုတတ်၍ Advance excel အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  6. Reporting system အား ကောင်းစွာနားလည်ရမည်။
  7. Interpersonal Skill ကောင်းမွန်၍ Teamwork ဖြင့် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
