Breeder Sales

1. Stay up –to-date with market DOC price/meat price (daily)
2. Update Broiler & Semi Price List on Slark group (Daily)
3. Checking data accuracy in orders, invoices & payment (twice/week).
4. According to customer requirements, to make  Pc3 form gate pass for each town .
5. Forecast (with hatchery manager)monthly DOC quantity & processing orders via phone
6. Develop monthly sales reports
7. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations (monthly)

Office Rental

1. Liaise with property agent on rental
2. Produce weekly report on number of viewing /rental call
3. Plan digital marketing strategy
4. Explain on property offering to viewing tenant.

Admin Duties

1. Prepare paperwork for import of PS DOC
2. DOC Import License
3. To make payment for DOC Import
4. Hatchery & Breeder License
5. Import Export Registration Card Extension
6. Renew Car License & Insurance (for EBC & livestock Cars)
7. Maintain Annual Gifts Stocks for Livestock customers
8. Maintain and take care of relationship with key account customers every month
9. Export License for Mining
10. Arrange transport of tin with logistic car company.
11. To keep Mining filling paper & ERP Report to send Nay Pyi Taw Department

1. Must be age of 28 & above
2. Any Graduated  / Veterinarian graduate / Bachel in Animal Science will be prefered
3. At least 5 years of working experience in sales admin field.
4. Knowledge of DOC Livestock sale experience will be an advantage.
5. To build up and maintain strong relationship with customers.
6. Able to travel out of Yangon when required.
