Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. Daily Administration tools of the Showroom and Sales Team
  2. Communicating with related departments for stock, delivery and production status of the orders
  3. Support to Showroom Manager and sales team with department operation 
  4. Process paper work, documentation and quotation preparation 
  5. Check and follow up the Order documents by sales team as per standard procedures
  6. Maintain accurate computer and manual filing system
  7. Update sales figures, prepare and present daily/ monthly reports
  8. Attending phone calls and enquires on behalf of sales team
  9. Keep track on CRM to ensure information are updated by sales team in regular basis
  10. Provide administrative duties of the Showroom

Job Requirements

  1. Any graduate
  2. Proven experience as sales admin or sales support
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  4. High organizational skill and ability to manage a number of cases at the same time
  5. A team player with high level of dedication
  6. Excellent time management skill
  7. Must be detail oriented
  8. Good command of English
  9. Well versed in IT Skills such as Microsoft Office Suite, Power Point and SAP/CRM System
