Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders and issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records and compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
  • Any duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with basic knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Good Communication Skills and Teamwork Skills.
  • Able to interact with people of all level and possess good interpersonal.
  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-orientated.
  • Must be a team player.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales admin fields.
  • Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow.
