Job Description

  1. To provide essential support for the sales team to have achievement of sales target .
  2. To maintain and update daily/ weekly/ monthly customer database from Sales Consultants.
  3. To report complete daily customer database to the Sales Manager & weekly, monthly to GM, SM by consolidating and analysing.
  4. To prepare Sales Consultant duty roster.
  5. To prepare Sales Order planing.
  6. To develop monthly sales summary report to GM, Sales Manager.
  7. To check/ update inventory stock list, allocation and price.
  8. To fill complete documents in a folder with 5S ( Sorty, Straighten, Shine, Standaridise, Sustain ).
  9. To communicate with Management, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant & Finance/ Bank.
  10. To participate in team decisions.
  11. To participate in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with local associations to promote the product.
  12. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  13. Using affective interpersonal skill to affect other.
  14. To prepare quotation to customer if needed.
  15. To prepare Sales order, Sales contract, Delivery order & necessary documents for sales process with Sales Consultant.
  16. To liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  17. To follow up & update information of Permit, Income tax & KaNyaNa process which is still working in progress.
  18. To support delivery process such as order flower bouquest and photo slides.

Job Requirements

  • Must have strongly Computer miscroft package.( Word, Excel, Powerpoint )
  • Must have 3 years experience related field.
  • Must have communication skill and team spirt.
  • Any Graduated .
  • Must have English 4 Skills.
  • Age is ( 25 yrs to 35 yrs )
  • Can Obdient from upper Management.
  • Female prefer.
