JOBSUMMARY
Sales Analyst is responsiblefor collection, analysis and reporting of sales data in a continuous effort tooverall sales productivity to the Head of Stills in CCPBM. The development andtracking of key performance indicators are critical to enhance the understandingof business and to improve decision-making respectively. He/ She will be createdboth standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative products and toimprove operational efficiency.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collect Sales Recordsand Trends and Evaluate Performanceagainst allocated Sales Target by Individual Sales Team by Region (Daily/Weekly/ Monthly)
· Collect, Analyse,Evaluate and Report data to Increase SalesProductivity (Monthly)
· Assist management in Developingand Reviewing Sales Budget and Rolling Sales Forecast including Sales to Budgetvariance analysis
· Pack mix and / orProduct Category analysis by channel by region and total
· To align withBusiness / Planning Analyst “reporting system and format” and updating salesteam structure into the system accordingly
· Sales Forums
· Follow up andTracking for Individual Trade Activity by Product, Classification andSegmentation by Outlets
· Compiling CompetitorActivity (update prices, activity and new products/pack & etc.) of salesregions
Communicate “SalesReporting and Tracking update” to respective region and Senior Sales Managementwith Schedule and as required
