The Role

• The key purpose of this role is to manage and maintain the key account while growing the business through innovation of new sizes and categories and commercialize sustainability   
• Focus on new business development, key account management, identifying client needs and providing innovative solutions that will lead to achieving our business targets. Grow the Myanmar and export business to achieve sales objectives in line with market and strategy requirements
• Establish a sustainable packaging champion in the region and lead the commercialization of sustainability
• Working closely with manufacturing to improve the customer experience  
• Establish tenders, negotiations, contracts, and contract management

• Minimum 10 years or above of working experience in FMCG Industry, preferably from packaging industry
• A record of generating new business opportunities through a long-term sales cycle in a competitive environment
• Have a proven track record of negotiating with senior business decision makers
• Have experience in marketing communication, category management and understanding of FMCG principles
• Excellence English Communication Skills
