-         Able to perform to achieve business goal, sales target for sales and marketing budget for the company

-         Identify new opportunities to increase sales channels and report it to BOD & BOM.

-         Research markets for selling company’s products & services

-         Draw the marketing plan and take action plan by weekly, monthly, yearly. And, Lead marketing way by scheduling

-         Good perform in solving customer complaints and negotiation

-         Find new customers & project for company products and service to meet the set sales target

-         Establish, develop and maintain good customer relationships to existing and potential customer

-         Advise management of significant market information and report new product ideas

-         Can be lead and develop to Sale & Marketing team members

-         Any graduated. Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management.

-         Minimum 4~5 years’ above experiences in the line sales & marketing

-         Minimum 2year experiences in Management level.

-         Good selling skill and advertising skill

-         Skills and experience in creative content writing. Creativity with a results focus

-         Must have good communications, relation skill, customer services and negotiation skills

-         Good computer skill (Microsoft and Internet)

-         Age between 28 to 35 yrs.
