  1. Expected to know company’s products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of staff.
  2. Helping to build good customer relations and handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff)
  3. Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner and make sure that the needs of their customers are being satisfied
  4. Responsible for research, planning, implementing innovative programs, and providing leadership and direction to the team.
  5. Determining, implementing, and monitoring research and development strategies, policies, and plans.
  6. Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
  7. Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  8. Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  9. Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
  10. Analysts study market conditions to examine potential sales of a product or service.
  11. Prepare reports and present results to clients and management
  12. Contribute to management team regarding all aspects of production, development, and strategies.
  13. Perform other work-related duties as assigned if required.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate (or) Sales & Marketing Diploma, Management Diploma (or) MBA is preferable
  2. At Least, to have (5) Years of experience 
  3. Excellent Communication & Services Skill
  4. Good Management Skill 
  5. Good Problem-Solving Skill 
  6. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  7. Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  8. Excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques
