Monitoring sales performance by route to identify improvement plan and submit proposal.
Prepare sale performance report.
Coordinating with a marketing plan to set marketing budgets to achieve the sales targets.
Set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Identify the market situation and be fully aware of new products and competitors.

Job Requirements
Any Graduate with Diploma / Certificate in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.Age must be between 30-40.
Minimum 5 years experiences in FMCG fields at Retail Sales.
Strong leadership skills.
Experience in managing and leading a sales team and shops.
Must be honesty,hardworking and teamwork.
Can work under Pressure
