  • Generating new sales opportunities by apporaching walk-ins, cold calling and networking. 
  • Abilitiy to create sales channels, lead and manage the sales team. 
  • Events planning to attract new customers and create fun activities for exisiting members. 
  • B2B Collaboration/ Corporate dealings 
  • Extra mile service for members (Value added)
  • Monthly member feedback forms and advise for overall service improvement
  • Sales service and customer relationship trainings to team members. 
  • Planning sales forecast, create sales targets for team members and assisting to reach the targets. 
  • Work with 3rd parties for collaborations and KOLs to improve brand awareness
  • Liasion with other deparments for smooth operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degreee
  • Above 5 years in sales and marketing experiences/ Fitness industry is preferred.
  • Understanding knowledge of all major fitness industries in Myanmar
  • Execellent communnication and presentation skills
  • Exellent team player, must able to lead, manage and work as a team and complete tasks on a timely manaaer.
  • Detailed oriented and well organised
  • Proficient in English & Microsoft Office 
  • Good Personality and positive working attitude
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused and a team player with exellent interpersonal skills
