  • Manage sales and marketing in Myanmar, for Wipro Unza.
  • Plan marketing strategies, ATL/BTL spends, and ensure profitable business.
  • Developing the right marketing communication through various platforms like TV advertising, Social Media, Digital, PR, Merchandising, POP, Channel management, Promotional activity, Sponsorships.
  • Manage distributor relationship & ensure sales team is achieving targets.
  • Build good relationship with existing MT buyers.
  • Negotiate with new key accounts to list products and generate sales revenue.
  • Expand GT distribution across Myanmar
  • Build excellent visibility and displays across GT & MT stores.
  • Manage team of promoters & merchandisers.
  • Analyze reports and data to identify opportunities and develop efficient sales plan.
  • Align sales plan with brand strategy and company policy. Has to drive sales growth, margin and market share increase.
  • Use the data and feedback from local team to develop sales strategy to maximize the growth potential.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns along with sales activities & activation programs.
  • P&L responsibility for brands. To oversee company marketing budget.
  • Grow the business exponentially.
  • Identify new opportunities in NPD, distribution, sales, & marketing.
  • Manage imports and healthy inventory.
  • Working closely with Country Head to develop brand strategies, NPD, & business growth.
  • Work with and research and advertising agencies to analyze data and use the information to identify brand opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in FMCG sales & marketing.
  • Successful history of building brands and managing marketing budgets.
  • Experience in handling General Trade & Modern Trade
  • Passionate about beauty, skin care and personal care products.
  • Analytical thinking and effective communication
  • Excellent in spoken & written English
  • Should be an aggressive person, who is fast in on-ground execution
