Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Brainstorm directly with CEO & COO to develop new sales and marketing strategies.

• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan which covers promising sales target (monthly/quarterly/annually), revenue and expense controls.

• Set sales & promotion plan to acquire clients as well as end users monthly with targeted number.

• Enable to oversee the activities and performance of the sales team by setting individual sales targets.

• Monitor and report on sales quota attainment on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

• Track and analyze feedback of the clients and how they relate to our product.

• Understand the effective channel (offline & online marketing) for the positive measurable outcome.

• Organize digital marketing campaigns with the given budget (will be assigned as Facebook Page Admin).

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone call, messenger and emailing.

• Develop and train sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales & marketing field.

• Must have sales & Marketing experience in IT Software and Technology Company.

• Good experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

• Solutions-selling skill in any one or all of the following areas: hardware, enterprise software, mobile application and other technical product.

• A bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration.

• Good knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.

• In-depth knowledge of the industry trend and its current events.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills to drive the sales cycle.

• Strong ability to lead sales team to provide a great customer service.

• Creative problem-solving skills and knowledge to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office and IT fluency.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
