Leading the HoReCa Team or the MT/TT Team.
Recruiting, objectives setting, target setting and managing the sales & marketing team members.
Design and implement a strategic plan to expand the company's sales channels and customer base.
Set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Achieve sales growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Coordinating with a marketing plan to set marketing budgets to achieve the sales targets.
Preparing sales reports, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to present to the management team and the principals.
Identify the market situation and be fully aware of new products and competitors.

Job Requirements

Successful previous experience as an executive, supervisor, or manager in FMCG Sector. (Preferred niche product experience)
Experience in dealing with Modern Trade, General Trade and HoReCa channels.
Experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
Proficient with online marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Established network with multiple sales channel owners.
Bachelor's degree or above in business or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
Fluent in English.
