Job Summary;

In this role, your duties will include to identify the market and track the market developments, create strategies and implement the sales and marketing functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities;

- Responsible for overall marketing, sales and customer service

- Designing and implementing online/offline sales and marketing strategies

- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market

- Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning

- Monitoring and maintaining the marketing and advertising budget

- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements and product improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

- Preparing and presenting sales, marketing and research reports

- Building and organizing the team

- Bachelor's degree or Higher

- Prefer to have a degree or diploma in sales and marketing

- 5+ years of sales and marketing (Prefer having experience in education industry /tutoring industry/media production industry)

- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical, creative thinking and negotiation skills

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office

- Excellent English skills both verbal and written
