The aftermarket sales manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the effort for Aftermarket sales to install base customers (Industrial & Municipal) for multiple product lines leading aftermarket growth. The role will be supported by inside sales, field service & back office teams. Other duties may be assigned. Providing leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive sales. Coordinates spares and aftermarket sales through sales rep/distributor network by establishing quotas and goals with representatives and distributors. Conducts commercial presentations. Participants in key trade shows, seminars & customer training sessions. Sales negotiation and deal closure at the customer, interfacing with all key buying influencers such as operations/ maintenance managers. Responsible for Aftermarket revenue & Margin targets for the region per business strategy. Develop plans to build a mature & sustainable aftermarket business working closely with a wide range of installed base customers. Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings and demonstrating equipment Capabilities on assigned products in assigned territory. Achieve annual and quarterly achievement of multiple aftermarket order and revenue targets through accurate Monthly and quarterly forecasting by prioritizing.
-Bachelor degree (MBA prefer)-Over 5 years of Experience in selling food product especially FMCG , Food -Experience in Market Developing, Planning, Organizing and Managing Sale Team-Experience in dealing with industrial and municipal environment-Strong leadership and communication skills
