- အထက္တန္းေအာင္ (သို႔) ဘြဲ႔ရရွိသူ ဦးစားေပးမည္။
- အသက္ (၂ဝ - ၃ဝ)ႏွစ္အတြင္း ရွိသူျဖစ္ျပီး က်န္းမာေရး ေကာင္းမြန္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- ရုပ္ရည္အသင့္အတင့္ရွိျပီး အက်င့္စာရိတၱေကာင္းမြန္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- Sales & Marketing လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကံဳ အနည္းဆုံး (၂)ႏွစ္အထက္ ရွိျပီး ပါတိတ္၊အထည္အလိပ္လုပ္ငန္း အေတြ႕အႀကဳံရွိသူကို ဦးစားေပးမည္။
- Company မွ သတ္မွတ္ထားေသာ Sale Target မ်ားကို ျပည့္မွီေအာင္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။
- အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ျပီး မိမိအလုပ္အေပၚ သစၥာရွိ၍ တာဝန္ယူ လုပ္ကိုင္ႏုိင္သူ ျဖစ္ရ မည္။
