Job Requirements

Relevant working experience at a level for more than 1 years or similar customer service in hotel or any real estate background on building management
Understanding of sales activities, marketing and knowledges on contracts and agreements
Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
English language – both written and spoken.
Computer literate & able to prepare and file written reports in proficiency of MS Office
Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
