- Perform to increase sales channels and lead sale calls by scheduling.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly contact to customer for customer care and service by scheduling
- List & report old, new and potential customer data, result,
- Analyst and report sales activities result, feedback
- Able to handle & negotiate customer complaints and inquire.
- Answering customers’ queries and providing advice & product introductions to customers
- Designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers and brochures.
- Perform in development and execution of digital program and campaign, contact writing, including online advertising and design, social media
- Record and report to manager of digital marketing activities.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Increase the number of followers, ‘likes’ and audiences for our digital marketing and social media Involving in innovative campaigns, organizing customer meets / events, exhibition, media planning, market intelligence, competitor analysis etc for all products.
- Communicating to sales team of all enterprise such as related information, data and sales results, etc.
- Inquire market information such as competitor, promotion, advertising, etc.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers and finding new & potential customer
- Controlling related documents.
- Other duties as need as by the team.
Job Requirements
- Any graduated. Plus certificate in sales and marketing management
- Preferable diploma sales management
- 2 years' experience in related field.
- Able to travel
- Fair in English 4-skills. Preferable good in English speaking
- Good computer skill ( Microsoft office & internet knowledge )
- Good communication skill, relation skill and presentation skill
- Good selling skill, good customer service skill and good knowledge in marketing.
