Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Active liaison with service team to ensure timely delivery and within cost allocations.
  • Responsible for overall service execution and service Documentations and Training
  • Handle enquiries and execute orders in accordance with the Company’s sales policies.
  • Report to service team to solve in Customer’s complaints and technical errors by communicating with suppliers
  • Support documentation to service team to ensure delivery, installation, testing and commission in accordance to company procedures
  • Provide support to sales team for service schedule
  • Record and compile quotations which handover by sales team and to ensure prompt submission to clients/suppliers.
  • Tract service expense by tracking, consolidating, analyzing and summarizing expense; forwarding for reimbursement.
  • Prepare relevant documents such as certificate, test report, product information for service team for demonstration purposes to customers.
  • Make enquiry to suppliers for pricing, delivery time and related product information.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Any Graduate
  • 3 years working experience in coordination task and or any other related field
  • Proficient in MS Office/Excel
  • Proficient in English Language both Written and Verbal
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Friendly and sincere.
  • Able to work without direct supervision.
