Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

This position will be responsible for assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.

  • Support the administrative function of the banca department
  • Sales compensation calculation to ensure that compensation and rewards/incentives for partner bank and financial advisor are computed and paid on time
  • Assist account management team and financial advisor on sales submissions and administration
  • Assist with office management and property maintenance matters at sales office
  • Plan and prepare office supplies, stationery and marketing materials to financial advisor
  • Assist to prepare required system and other reports as necessary between operation team and banca tea
  • Provide administrative support to relevant senior managers.
  • Support in any customer service requirements at partner bank.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or discipline preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in assessment and analytical work will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication (both English & Burmese), organizational, planning and problem-solving desired
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be detail oriented
