Job Description• To check sale stock by brand and quantity.• To report detail about customer needs & want to senior supervisor/ Manager, Take care of and solve complaints to customer satisfaction the customer.• To inform merchandising for sale stock according to the delivery order send from head office.• Stay up to date with product knowledge.• Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments. (eg. WH, Operation, Merchandising, finance, Good receiving) in the organization.• Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
