  • Issue the invoice from excel and software
  • Invoice delivery when necessary
  • Prepare the quotation when necessary
  • Prepare the sales contract
  • Recording daily expense.
  • Office documentation
  • General sale admin’s duties.

  • Degree or Bachelor Holder
  • At least one year in administration field
  • Must have JLPT N3 Pass and N2 Level
  • Good Communication skill in English
  • Good knowledge (Microsoft word, excel, power point)
  • Good customer service, self-confidence, presentation skills and client relationship
  • Having sense of marketing and willing to learn new things
