Job Description

  • Report to morning sales meeting
  • Handling showroom customer and inquiry
  • Communicate and follow-up to the customers 
  • Identify the customer needs and wants through conversation
  • Suggest suitable vehicle that base on customer needs and wants
  •  Selling or suggesting additional services and accessories once the vehicle has been chosen
  •  Arranging and accompanying for test drive with customer
  •  Record and update sales sheets, logs and report in Excel or relevant software
  • Prepare and filing the documentation processes
  • Control Advancement tax payment and stock availability  to coordinate with sales team
  • Control payment receipt and coordinate with sales team and account team
  • Write daily sales call and report to superior

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate 
  • At least 1 year experience in related field
  • Understanding the sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to communicate to customers in a professional and friendly manner is essential
  • Customer service focus
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
