Job Description 

  • Prospect, identify and engage a potential corporate client base for general insurance products.
  • Deliver regular sales reports to the Team Leader, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress within the sales tracking system.
  • Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver Sales Presentations, Meeting Minutes, and Proposals to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, sales & marketing, or a related field is preferred. (Any graduated)
  • Preferred at least 1 or 2 years of work experience in the related field. (Fresh Graduates can also apply)
  • Knowledge of general insurance policies and related regulations in the local market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills such as negotiation, presentation skills, and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Results-driven with a track record and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
