Job Description

Key Areas of Accountability

  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities 
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve departmental sales goals and revenues
  • Identifying trends and develop ground-breaking ideas to enhance sales strategies and operations
  • Oversee the activities and performance of sales team
  • The ongoing technical and classroom training of the salespeople 
  • Analyze results and update training module to improve overall processes 
  • Develop sales team through motivating, counseling, and product knowledge education 
  • Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance. 
  • Able to travel intensively across the country

Job Requirements

  • MBA, Any Degree or Dip in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • 7 - 9 years of working experience in Retail/FMCG on Sales and Marketing

  • 3 years experience with design and implementation of business development strategy Conflict resolution

  • Understand business challenges and ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to develop a proactive solution

  • Strong verbal and written skills and be able to work cross functionally to support multiple aspects of the business

  • Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends

  • Ability to cope with learning management system

  • Excellent in communication, negotiation and Leadership skill

  • The ability to build rapport, self-motivate and motivate a team

  • Proven sales track record and Market knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and with across functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Sales-force)
