  • The Sales Development Manager is responsible for planning and driving Sales Development, RTM, Sales Capability & transformation agendas in the Country. The SDM will work closely with the Sales & Trade Marketing teams to conceptualize & implement agendas in the market and anchor specific interventions with the Country Leadership in order to provide long term business growth, while helping achieve Company's goal of becoming the Customer's most valued supplier.
  • Anchor & drive Urban RTM initiatives & Rural RTM initiatives in Myanmar.
  • Identify distribution gaps & guide BMs to bridge outlet gaps to maximize long term business growth.
  • Work closely with the HOS, Sales IT & Capability teams to ideate & co-create projects.
  • Implement Sales, Sales IT & Capability team agendas through the Sales & TMK teams
  • Drive sales transformation pilots & projects.
  • Design & plan optimum manpower for Distributors, Field force & beats, Distributor optimization & ROI.
  • Lead Sales IT initiatives (Infra + Initiatives) & data sanctity.
  • Plan and drive Sales Development KPIs.
  • Identify capability gaps and prepare training calendar in co-ordination with HC team.
  • Ensure content development to address the training needs.
  • Anchor the capability initiatives across Sales & TMK teams & Build capability through TTT or using external agencies
  • Develop distribution strategy for NPD launches and align with Brand team.
  • Manage customers with planned interventions focusing on assessment, engagement, healthy returns & quick query resolution.
  • Liaise with Research agencies e.g. Nielson & others to drive the Sales agenda as required.

  • Must be computer literate and familiar with email, Microsoft Word and able to prepare Power Point Presentations
