An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Establishing new, and maintaining existing , relationships with customers.
  2. Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
  3. Preparing & Checking projects COG & quotation.
  4. Negotiation tender and contract terms.
  5. Negotiation and closing small projects by agreeing terms and conditions
  6. Meeting Sales target
  7. Preparing Sales forecast & Projects list monthly
  8. Site Survey, by maintaining relationship with site people and understanding the site progress
  9. Work closely with operation & finance team
  10. Solving client problems, like attending to customer complain and provide soluation
  11. Regular follow up on projects
  12. Preparing projects budget for operation & finance department
  13. Preparing Sales Invoices & Purchase request.
  14. Running errands for collection of BILL & Tenders submission
  15. Attend to customer’s queries by Email or Phone.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in related field.
  3. Must have good community skill, Sales Planning, Clients Relationship, Marketing
  4. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Self –motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
