1. Support and Management of event planning and event operation in regional commercial team
> Understanding properly of the work division between regional commercial and HQ
> Monitoring the progress of the event plan and support regional commercial team to complete the event plan
> Visiting to the region, in order to arrange with concerned party and support operation in order to complete the event as planned
> Visiting to the market and survey if necessary
> Understanding the current budget plan and manage the expense to keep the plan
> Supporting for developing the future budget plan and cooperate to manager for making the event strategy for regional commercial team
> Finding the root causes of unachieved KPI and/or other issues and improve > Setting the projection of KPI achievement and set the schedule
> Reporting to the management in Consumer Sales 2 Dept.
> Tracking the consumption of the budget in each region and supporting for/by inputting to the account system.
2. Support in ordering and procurement process
> Planning for the production of novelty item which will be used in event in region
> Getting alignment/approval with Marketing and/or concerned department of the production
> Finding the vendor and negotiating to the vendor when we need to produce any items
> Explaining to the regional commercial team about any information regarding the items which we provide to regional commercial team
> Planning the allocation and allocating the items to all the region if needed
3. Support and Management of Team members
> Advising and instruct the team members to complete their task
> Managing the team members to keep the schedule and keep their output quality
> Supporting and take care members both physical and mental health
> Guiding and support the team members self-development
> Supporting and guide for budget control
4. Planning and develop the working procedure
> Finding the point to improve in the working procedure and do planning and developing the new procedure.
> Developing the tools such as format sheet or simple guidance to expand the new procedure
> Explaining and share the new work procedure with most appropriate way
5. Cooperate with other team and department
> Cooperating with other team and department if requested
> Sharing and reporting the information which can concern to other team and department tasks
> Attending to the management level meeting and prepare and do presentation if requested
6. Attend the sales and/or recruiting event and support the operation
> Attending the event which is held by Sales and Distribution Division and/or by CXO office
> Attending the Job-fair event and do interview if requested
7. Compliance with Law and KSGM work rule
> Obeying the law and KSGM work rule
