This person will be focused on Alote.com.mm which is part of the JobNet group and is the number one job portal in Myanmar for blue-collar and lightly skilled workers, helping candidates find the best jobs in Myanmar. We are now hiring a number of sales positions for motivated individuals to join our Sales team. If you are dedicated and ambitious, JobNet is an excellent place to grow your career.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Cold call prospective Alote.com.mm clients

- Set up meetings with clients and show how the Alote.com.mm platform works and communicate the key benefits.

- Conduct survey and data collection from clients and enter information in the CRM system

- Influence clients with benefits of the Alote platform to create as many jobs on the platform by themselves 
- Work closely with clients to ensure they are posting jobs on Alote in a timely manner (before any other platform)

- Support Sales team to help provide more extended solutions to support sales targets
- Solve customer inquiries via phone or via company visit

- Keep up to date of competitor activity

- Educate customers to understand and use the Alote platform and JobNet platform based on their requirements

Job Requirements

- Any graduated and fresher are also welcome.

- Prefer Experience selling or dealing with SME clients and influencing their purchase decision  
- Prefer Sales experience closing deals in either B2B or B2C sales.

- Must have great verbal communication skills

- Ability to conduct in person meetings with potential clients in a professional manner

- Must be hard working and willing to cold call potential clients

- Experience in Recruitment would be advantage

- Experience writing job descriptions and Job Specification preferred

- Pre-Intermediate English but not essential

- Computer literacy with ability to use Microsoft office or Google workspace
