• Responsible for sourcing new sales through inbound leads, working directly with potential customers to understand their needs, and closing sales throughout the year.

• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Plan & achieve quarterly sales target.

• Provide support to the team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

• Develop business opportunities with clients.

• To understand the client's business and requirements.

• To handle clients' inquiries, follow-up and outbound calls and emails.

• Ability to interact, communicate and participate effectively in the sales team activities and efforts to achieve overall team objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimal Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology and equivalent preferred.

• At least 1-2 year(s) of related working experience in IT solutions. (Fresh also welcome)

• Proven work experience in sales environment.

• Strong negotiation skill and expect handling dozens of calls per day.

• Must be cooperative and able to work in a team environment.

• Self-driven and proactive.
