  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
  • To control the customer relationship.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • To try to hit monthly sales target.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Report daily, weekly and monthly to the leader
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Communicate with production and warehouse to provide customer order in time.
  • Must go to dealer shop in working days in and out and discuss with dealer about business.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate

- Must have at least 2 or 3 years experience in the paint field or construction field.
- Must have Driving License.
- English Skill (Intermediate)
- Can use MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint)

- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented team-player who is able to work under pressure.

- Excellent customer service and sales skills.

- Strong verbal and written communicator.

- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- We are more prefer the candidate who live in Hlaing Thar Yar Township.
