Job Description

  1. Negotiation and selling to Customer Needs
  2. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing services
  3. Responsible for achieving sales price and target
  4. Develop new customers, achieved sales targets and establish customer network
  5. Make sales calls to potential Customer, maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
  6. Assist the manager(s) with management reports

  1. At least 1 years of Sales experience in property market
  2. Must have Chinese or English spoken & written skill.
  3. Strong communication & negotiation skills
  4. Positive attitude
  5. Able to handle customer complaints

  7. Must be able to travel in Local & Abroad.
