Job Description

Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
Presenting and selling product with great product knowledge.
Capability in achieving the Targeted Sales Value and Outlets quantity.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate and Sales & Marketing certificate or Diploma
Minimum (3) year relevant working experience in sales field,Modern trade experiences are preferred .
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Knowledge and understanding route to market standard and their implementation.
Strong communication and team work skills.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
