Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

The post is to be based in Yangon but due to job requirements, the post holder needs to travel to other states and divisions for sales visits (travel allowances will be provided). If required, the company may also relocate the post holder to other city such as Nay Pyi Taw, Mandalay, Taunggyi, etc. (accommodation will be provided if the post holder has no home in assigned city).

  • Visit offices of Architects and Builders in order to learn their plans and to stay informed regarding potential opportunities for Schindler and market prospect.
  • Complete sales of new Schindler facilities in line with the business plan and internal procedures.
  • Supervise the offer process.
  • Record all relevant account and contract details into the appropriate systems and complete the necessary documentation.
  • Ensure the management of collections of all the new sales.
  • Ensure the collection of work data relevant to new contracted facilities.
  • Manage customer claims.
  • Maintain the necessary level of competitor information.
  • Assist the local NI area to check technical specifications of complex NI tenders/ contracts.
  • Actively seek opportunities for sales leads and enhancement job through regular visitation to customer to gather feedback and analysis of their requirement.
  • Responsible for achieving the contract and renewal sales target
  • Responsible for achieving the sales target.
  • Responsible for application of sales processes and tools.
  • Responsible for application of stock processes and tools.
  • Responsible for cash collection of sales.
  • Conduct sales planning and propose strategies.
  • Able to conduct presentation to customers on company profile, and product information.
  • Work with the operation team to identify any potential opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers on product fit and price.
  • Ensure tender estimates is well developed and be responsible to do post follow up.as technical support, training and assessments etc.
  • Actively seek opportunities for sales leads for repair and enhancement job through regular visitation to customer to gather feedback and analysis of their requirement.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in E&E industry or in the field of Customer Services or Sales & Marketing or related field
  • Bachelor's university degree in business administration, business management or engineering or sales/marketing or related discipline.
  • Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & SAP system
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Assertive, detailed minded and good team player
  • Possess a high level of integrity, initiative, drive and commitment with a sense of urgency and positive attitude
  • Ability to negotiate both persuasively and effectively in a tactful manner to gain customers’ acceptance of company terms and conditions
  • Demonstrate the ability to embrace new concepts and change as well as seek new ways of doing things
