Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • To hit assigned quarterly target and objective (OKR).
  • To meet and discuss with customer (Engineer, Architect, Consultant, Contractor, Owner etc) and gather all relevant specification, customer data, contractual data etc.
  • To prepare enquiry with all the relevant specification and submit to principle (to consult with supervisor as well)
  • To carefully check respond from principle against the required specification.
  • To prepare cost estimate (based on approved format and cost structure) and discuss with supervisor on selling price. Selling price approval is required for every price submission.
  • Negotiate and discuss with customers on product, price, specifications, terms etc.
  • Upon award (contract); to finalize specification, cost estimate  and all other relevant information and to seek supervisor’s final approval. Upon the approval, to notify and submit to the finance team.
  • To request for handover meeting with project team, finance team and procurement team (if needed) to discuss the newly awarded contract (scope of work, customer requirement, customer expectation etc). To prepare copies of the approved cost estimate, contract and all other relevant information and to transfer the information to the project team during the handover meeting.
  • To coordinate with purchasing department for the production and shipment of ordered projects.
  • To collaborate with account department for the purchase order, payment and contract.
  • To be an integral part of a team and be a contributing team member.
  • To handle any other special assignment as requested by management (upon consultation with supervisor)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years vertical transportation experience. Relevant experience from other industry may be considered as well. Track record to be provided. Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Sales / Marketing / Mechanical / Electrical degree preferred. MBA will be looked upon favorably.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Knowledge in AutoCad will be advantageous.
  • Good command of English (written & spoken).
