-Proactively develop and create customer relationships in an area of responsibility.
-Developing brand image and prequalifying brand with industry consultants
-Initiating action plans to approach and securing new businesses for the Division.
-Increasing customer retention and sales development strategy
-Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with the key consultants nd contractors within the conssstruction industry.
-Managing customer requirements for on- time delivery taking into account lead-times, product spacification changes and customer demand
-Remaining abreast with latest regulations, standards and good working practices within the industry in relation to Elevators and Escalators
-Responsible for the complete hand-over to tthe installation, maintenance and engineering teams making sure that the information from the client is complete and correct.
