Job Descriptions
• Greeting, welcoming and assisting guests• Answering the incoming call and forward accordingly• Receiving internal and external messages and distribute accordingly• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationaries (pen, paper, pencils, etc)• Order office supply and keep inventory• Perform and other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, distributing mail etc.• Update calendar and keep track of the guest visiting schedule• Mange overall cleanliness and maintenance of the whole premises

Job Requirements
• University degree in any discipline• Minimum 2 to 3 years of related working experiences and preferable from hotel industry
(F & B Background)• Fluency in both written and spoken English and local language
