JOB SUMMARY

 Sales Information and Planning Associate provides first line support to Field Sales, processes and disseminates relevant Sales Information, coordinates and liaisons with the Distributor, Key accounts & Support Groups.

II.    DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Encodes sales orders for locally produce products
• Responsible in generating and providing the daily, weekly and monthly reports required
• Assists in the evaluation of Sales Analysis reports on sales and category performance, bad order and Order Fill Rate (OFR)
• Manages databases of Account Masterlist Management, SKU Database
• Provides sales targets to Field Sales

• Next Level Superior: National Sales Manager
• Internal contacts: Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Finance and Admin

IV. JOB SPECIFICATION

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.   
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in an FMCG industry.
• Strong work experience in market or territory development, negotiations, communications and people management skills. 
• With professional driver’s license and willingness to be relocated. 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a team player.
