Job Description

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

This position is to manage the sales systems and provide business insight/information in a timely manner to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

System Management and Development

  • Ensure all the sales operation processes are captured in the TME-Lite system, governance on business process, master Data maintenance, incident handling and etc.
  • Enable new TME-Lite function to improve business efficiency and capture new information that can utilize to make business-critical decision investment/expansion.
  • Recognize opportunities to improve process efficiencies and implement them.
  • Responsible to manage change requests and new system implementation for sale department

Business Analysis

  • Collect report requirements from all stakeholders and develop/enhance current report and ensure all stakeholder requirements are in Power BI report platform
  • Participate in ETL and data modeling design, utilizing multiple data sources: TME-Lite, manual record, Nielsen and etc.
  • Create a report and get alignment before the program start. Sharing program tracking report to relevant stakeholder to make the necessary adjustment or take action to achieve program objective

Planning and Budget Management

  • Responsible for managing the system user account and budget control
  • Assess the cost and benefits of new project and determine long and short-term goals

People management (if applicable)

  • Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
  • Mentor and coach new team members and junior-level staff.

Other (if applicable)

  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

Job Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with DMS background and FMCG industries

Essential Skill

  • Familiar with FMCG distribution processes
  • Strong knowledge of Distribution Management System (DMS) software
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft office (Excel is an essential skill)
  • Knowledge of reports which are created from DMS data source
  • Management skills are essential
  • Adaptable, flexible and open to change
  • Good team player and can work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and function well under pressure and tight timeframes.
  • Ability to communicate with many stakeholders simply and respectfully.
